We have been trying to get information about a new private homes community that’s being built near Meitar. Apparently you can only apply if you’re an Ole chadash. Do you know if they also accept olim that already live in Israel?

Carmit is being marketed and built by "Or Movement".
This is an organization that is dedicated to populating and developing the Negev and Galil.
For further information regarding Carmit (which is the community you were referring to), I suggest you contact them directly.
I know they are now in the process of accepting applications and marketing the community abroad, so they will be very happy to talk to you.
